Carolina Domenica Alling

OUR TRIBUTE TO MOM As a wife, Carolina was loving and dedicated to her husband, Francis for over 60 years. She was selfless and supportive in sickness and in health and continued to be even during the later years of her own declining health. Carolina was lovingly concerned about her husband and was dedicated to his well being over her own even during her last days. Carolina’s love and support for her children, Joseph and Mary was equally selfless and continued until her dying day. She also extended that love and support to her son in law Brian. Through her example she instilled many great values in her children that they have adopted and tried to emulate their entire lives. Her commitment to her children was paramount even with the responsibilities of caring for her parents, and being a supportive wife despite the demands of her professional career. Aunt Carolina loved and supported her nephews, Dario, David, Walter, and her niece Dana. She expressed her love for them during their entire lives and extended that love by embracing and loving their spouses Susie, Glenell and Andy and to their children Amy, Corrie, Tim, Scott, Andrew and Charlie. Aunt Carolina believed that birthday’s were a special time to celebrate each individual person and never failed to commemorate their special days. Carolina was a devoted Grandmother to her Grandchildren Linsey, Zach, and Josh. She was always very supportive and loved them dearly. She never missed celebrating all of their special events throughout their childhood. She valued her time with her grandchildren and was always there for them. Her love and example inspired them to be the caring and successful people they are today. As a friend Carolina was loyal and loving to those who befriended her. She showed her appreciation of their friendship through her love and support and treated them like family. As a teacher she impacted the lives of so many during her career of 32 years. Her kindness and support has positively influenced generations of lives. Although Carolina is no longer with us, her lifetime dedication and legacy of love and kindness will live on. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and will live in the hearts of all who loved her.
