Dr. Robert L. Sax

April 7, 1928 - February 26, 2022

Dr. Robert Louis Sax of Alexandria, Virginia passed away on February 26, 2022. Bob was born in Wheeling West Virginia to Nathan and Rebecca Sax. Bob was a man of honor and was proud to have served in the United States Army. He was a kind and compassionate husband and father who touched the lives of many people. Extremely proud of his family, he will be lovingly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Dr. Martin Sax and his loving wife of 57 years, Iris Sax. He is survived by his brother, Dr. Sylvan Sax, daughters, Andrea Sax (Linda Fitzgerald) Nina Sax (James) and Gina Sax-Nelson, granddaughter, Jessica Tenpenney (Justin), and great-granddaughter Lily Iris Tenpenney.
