Obituary for Alan L. Eisenberg

It is with great sadness that the family of Alan Lawrence Eisenberg announces his unexpected passing on Monday, October 8, 2018, at the age of 50.
Alan will be lovingly and forever remembered by his wife of 26 years, Janet, and their children Andrew and Zach, by his mother, Carol Steckman Eisenberg, and by his sister Robyn Brilliant (Charles). Alan will also be lovingly and forever remembered by his many nieces and nephews, his extended family, and many dear friends. Alan was predeceased by his father Roy L. Eisenberg.
Alan graduated from WT Woodson High School in 1986, and from Virginia Tech in 1990, with a degree in communications. While at VT, he was one of the founding members of the VTTV, channel 33, the first student run TV station at VA Tech. He was also a member of the fraternity Theta Xi. He had a successful career as a visual communications exert, video producer and multimedia developer.
Alan was a devoted husband and father and was passionate about helping victims of bullying. Alan actively pursued that passion as a certified life coach, speaker and author, as well as by creating his company, Bullying Recovery, LLC, whose mission was to help those who suffer from the long-term effects of bullying.
