Mitchell Connor Killinger

Mitchell Conner Killinger, 23, of Alexandria, VA passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Mitchell was born and raised in Alexandria, VA. He Graduated from West Potomac High School in 2014. He was passionate about all sports, specifically baseball and the Washington Nationals. His dream was for the Nationals win the world series; our hearts are full that his dream came true. He had an incredible ability to spill out sports statistics at a drop of a hat. He was a talented artist with a creative mind. In his younger years he enjoyed combining his love for sports with art. His infectious smile, witty sense of humor, and outgoing personality was the best way his friends and family can remember him. He cherished his friends and family and all those who were apart of his life. After several successful treatment programs, Mitchell was unable maintain the arsenal needed to combat the grip of addiction. Mitchell tried his best to take the steps to change the course of his life but ultimately the enemy, addiction, outsmarts even the most creative and savvy individuals. We are relieved that Mitchell is finally at peace. He is survived by his loving mother Diane Killinger and sister Abigail Killinger. His maternal grandmother, Doris Mitchell. Aunts: Mary (Mike) Walters, Amy (Randy) Rich, Debbie Bellamy, Denise (Brian) Fink. Cousins: Courtney and Jessica Bellamy, Brandon and Tyler Fink, Logan Stack, and Kelly Rich. He was preceded in death by his father, David Killinger, his maternal grandfather, David Mitchell, and his paternal grandparents John and Frances Killinger.
