Ludwig E. Lippert, Jr. Col. USAF (Ret.) passed away peacefully on April 11, 2018 at The Fairfax at Fort Belvoir Woods Rehabilitation Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. after more than a one-year struggle to recover from a massive stroke.
